VIDEO: The Fayetteville Fire Department gave community members the chance to fill their shoes Friday. As part of their annual Fill the Boot campaign, Fayetteville firefighters were on the corner of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Shiloh Drive to ask people to fill their boots with donations. The money will go towards helping fight muscular dystrophy. Their goal is to raise $30,000. "We just like to donate a lot of money to different charities, and over the years we've developed a relationship with the MDA, and this is a good way to donate some money to them," said Justin Pianalto of the Fire Department.
