PHOTOS: A grass fire burning in southern Ada County has grown to 150 acres, but fire crews expect its continued growth to be minimum at this time.
The Vista Fire, located near Kuna Mora and Pleasant Valley roads was threatening structures for a time, but crews have been able to get an upper hand. Active flames have been knocked down, and Kuna Mora road is now open. Crews are in the process of securing containment lines and mopping up.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
