A fire destroyed a family’s home in Power County on Sunday morning.
The incident occurred shortly before 9:30 a.m. at a residence located at 4040 Roth Road, between American Falls and Aberdeen, Power County sheriff’s officials said.
“The family of five that occupied the residence were able to flee the home with only minor injuries,” according to a news release.
Authorities say the cause of the fire is still under investigation, but they consider the home to be a total loss. Additional details weren’t available on Monday. Power County deputies, firefighters and ambulance personnel all responded to the incident on Sunday.
