PHOTO: The Roberts Fire District received a $4,000 grant from AgWest Farm Credit in Idaho Falls on Nov. 6 to help with building the Fire District’s Annex Building. According to Fire Commissioner Jerry VanLeuven, the Rural Community Grant program provides funding to non-profits organizations that serve rural areas in the northwest. Funds can be used to help build facilities, buy equipment, and other means to help communities prosper. The grant from AgWest Farm Credit will specifically be used to create the approach to the building, including sidewalk, curbing, and concrete in front of the building.
