The Boise Fire Department extinguished a house fire on the 2300 block of South Broadway Avenue. Crews arrived on scene to find the two-story historical building, filled with fire and heavy smoke. The fire department determined the source of the fire was emanating from the roof of the home. The fire was extinguished at around 11:30 a.m. with the help of 6 engines, two trucks, and two ambulances. No one was injured.
