At about 5:15 p.m. on Easter Sunday, fire crews from multiple agencies responded to a barn on fire at 23066 Cottonwood Creek Road, north of Culdesac. According to the Lapwai Fire Department, Nez Perce County and Culdesac both responded with one engine. Lapwai crews responded with a water tender and one engine. There were no injuries reported. Crews remained on scene for about 2 hours.
