VIDEO/PHOTOS: Fire crews said that one man suffered critical injuries after a heavy fire broke out in a North Attleborough home. Fire officials said that they received a report of a fire on Diamond Street at around 10:30 a.m. on Monday. Crews said that there was heavy fire and smoke on the scene and that the wind caused some challenges. NBC 10 spoke to neighbors who spotted the flames and tried to help the victim get out. "They were shooting out of the back of the house side of the window," Kelly Spencer said. "I called 911. We both were screaming to make sure nobody was in the house and a gentleman came out." Some people driving saw the fire and stopped to help. Neighbors told NBC 10 that a man tried going back in through a window after getting out to grab some clothes.
