A man was critically injured after a house exploded late Wednesday, fire officials said. Delhi Township Fire Chief Brian Ball said firefighters responded at about 11:30 p.m. on Wednesday to the 1500 block of Jacqueline Drive on a report of a home on fire but quickly determined the home had exploded. One resident of the home was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening burns and is in critical condition, Ball said. Fire officials had not determined the cause of the explosion as of Thursday morning, Ball said. Firefighters were still at the home on Thursday morning. The two homes on either side of the house where the explosion occurred were also damaged.
