VIDEO: Neighbors along Fairview Avenue in the Tower Grove South Neighborhood say a house caught fire three times and now police are investigating.
Neighbors tell First Alert 4 that a vacant and abandoned home caught fire three times in roughly a month.
“Deeply concerned that my house is going to catch fire too,” said Elizabeth Louden, who lives doors down from the fire. “I am fairly confident that it’s arson. They shouldn’t have to bring four rigs down here three times in the space of a month, risk their lives, their health, their safety to come and fight fire in an abandoned property.”
Drone4 footage shows the scorched building that’s practically left as a shell.
Louden says on March 5, March 27 and on April 30, she watched as St. Louis City firefighters fought flames.

A crew of firefighters from the Independence Fire Department is being recognized for a successful rescue mission that saved someone’s life in March.
On March 22, at approximately 8 p.m., crews were dispatched to a house fire near 17th Street in Independence, Missouri.
Upon arrival, they found a working fire and began a series of rescue and “fire attack” operations. Shortly after, they received a report from a neighbor that someone was still inside the home.
According to IFD, personnel from Quint 7, Rescue 7, Squad 4 and Pumper 1 immediately went into action and removed the person from the home through a window. Once they were out, advanced life support was performed right away with the help of Pumper 1.
The hard work performed by the firefighters helped the individual regain a pulse and breathe again.

If you live in Boone County and heard an outdoor warning siren Thursday afternoon, you're not the only one.
The Boone County Office of Emergency Management said there was a technical malfunction with a siren located in the 5400 block of Rangeline Street.
There is no severe weather threat, Chief Meteorologist Matt Beckwith said.
Boone County OEM said its preliminary investigation suggests a lightning strike was the cause of the siren's malfunction.
Jake Waller, deputy director of Boone County OEM, said they planned to notify nearby residents about the malfunction sirens.
"We've already started posting on our social channels telling people that there has been an issue with one of the sirens in North Columbia," Waller said. "We plan to put out several press releases just to kind of notify people of what the process is and that we did have an issue."
