A horse was rescued after breaking through ice and falling into a freezing swamp canal on Monday in the Flathead.
Marion Fire District & Department (MFDD) and Flathead County Animal Control, pulled Henry the horse out of the water, according to a Facebook post.
After crews pulled the horse from the water, they helped him into his trailer as he was too weak, and tired to stand on his own. MFDD says the recovery was successful and Henry's condition is improving.
