The Red Knights North Carolina Chapter 13 will hold the Fourth Annual 9-11 Ride Saturday, Sept. 7.
The Red Knights is a motorcycle organization that consists of firefighters and their families.
The 9-11 Ride is held to remember those who were killed in the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001.
The escorted ride begins at Cool Springs Fire Department, 672 Mocksville Hwy. with registration at 10 a.m. A rider meeting is at noon and kick stands up at 12:30 p.m. Registration is $25 per bike. There will be door prizes and entertainment at the start and end of the ride.
There will be a memorial presentation at Trinity Fire Department, 2968 Wilkesboro Hwy., at the end of the ride.
