VIDEO: A mobile home on Kinston Highway in Richlands caught fire Thursday morning for the second time in a week. Richlands Volunteer Fire Department Chief Brent Cook says the fire was reported shortly before 2:00 a.m. and four departments responded to the scene, including Richlands and Rhodestown's volunteer departments. Cook says the home was not occupied at the time. The first fire there took place last Thursday, and Cook says at that time there were three people inside but all made it out safely and were no injuries The Fire Marshal has investigated but says so far the cause of both fires is still undetermined.
