VIDEO: It took dozens of firefighters nearly an hour to get a three-alarm fire in southwest Charlotte under control, officials said. The fire started around 5:30 a.m. at SouthenEastern Corrugated, a manufacturer and distributor of industrial packaging. Multiple Charlotte Fire units responded to the fire. A team of 75 firefighters got the fire under control in just under an hour, officials said during a news conference Friday morning. There are multiple businesses near where the fire started. Investigators said they haven't yet determined what caused the fire and confirmed no one was hurt during the incident. No further details were provided by the Charlotte Fire Department or police.
