VIDEO: Firefighters battled a two-alarm fire at a warehouse in south Charlotte early Wednesday morning. The Charlotte Fire Department said they responded to the Carolina Foods warehouse on South Boulevard just after 1 a.m. Firefighters said they were met with smoke billowing from the warehouse when they arrived. They battled the fire for more than 45 minutes before it was brought under control. Officials the building was divided into smaller spaces on the inside, making the fire more difficult to put out. Medic said nobody was hurt. Officials are investigating the cause of the fire.
