A shop fire is now under investigation after a local fire department chief says crews from multiple agencies were called to put out two separate fires at the same address. The Clarks Neck Fire Department Chief Bryan Dixon says a garage shop at 5883 Clarks Neck Road has caught fire twice within the last two days. The first time crews were called to the property was early Monday morning at 12:57 a.m. After an investigation, the fire chief says the cause was deemed electrical, and power was cut from the building. This morning, at 1:40 a.m., multiple fire stations responded to the shop on fire again. Dixon says crews had put out the fire within 30 minutes and put out hot spots until 4:30 a.m.
