VIDEO: Long-time colleagues, friends, and family gathered to celebrate Cohoes Fire Captain Jim Fennen. After more than three decades with the Cohoes Fire Department, he had his last walkout Thursday morning. Fennen was a junior firefighter with the Cohoes Fire Department at just 13 years old. He also served as a firefighter in the Air National Guard from 1980 to 2002. He feels blessed living his dream and helping his neighbors.
