Several daytime talk show hosts were forced to evacuate their New York City studio after a grease fire broke out Wednesday morning.
According to People, the daytime television show “The Tamron Hall Show” had a grease fire break out in their kitchen as they were preparing to go live at 10 a.m.
After the incident, the Tamron Hall YouTube channel posted an update video stating that everyone in the studio was safe and thanked firefighters for their quick response to the situation.
“We were in place, preparing for our live show today. The audience was in the holding area of the show, preparing to come out here and cheer and have a phenomenal show today. But as my friend Bevy Smith says, ‘Sometimes life be lifeing,’ and that happened to us today,” said Hall.
