The Binghamton Police Department made an arrest after a fire broke out at a home at 122 Henry St. Wednesday morning. Binghamton Police Captain Cory Minor said officers charged the suspect, 56-year-old Terry Bell of Binghamton, with arson in the fourth degree for the blaze. He was arrested the same day the fire broke out. On Wednesday, Binghamton Fire Chief Al Gardiner said no one was inside the building when it was set ablaze, although, he mentioned that squatters sometimes reside there. More specifically, Minor noted that Bell had used the place as a residence. There were no injuries reported as a result of the fire. After the blaze was put out, crews began to demolish the home. The building was owned by Brooklyn landlord Isaac Azaroot.
