VIDEO: A high school senior decided to use his Eagle Scout project to help leave a legacy with local firefighters. Konner Wacenske constructed a special apparatus to help firefighters dry their fire suits when they get back to the station after a call. The custom-made tool is created from PVC to help cut down on overall costs. Wacenske unveiled his project at the Powdersville Fire Department on Sunday. “I wanted to ensure that my Eagle Project was going to be used, wanted, needed and something that’s useful to the community,” Wacenske said. Eagle Scout is the highest rank you can attain through the Boy Scouts of America.
