The Burkburnett Volunteer Fire Department shared Friday retired firefighter Noah Scrimpsher has passed away. Scrimpsher served the fire department and the citizens of Burkburnett for over 20 years. Scrimpsher still attended a few business meetings a year and he was often asked about around the station. Officials with the department said he will be missed and they ask for continued prayers for the family during this difficult time.
