Littlefield police arrest woman for arson

Littlefield Fire Rescue and Littlefield police responded to a reported structure fire near South Westside Ave. and West 6th street Thursday afternoon. First responders found the front of the house fully engulfed in flames. According to police a 67-year-old resident suffering heavily from smoke inhalation was removed from the house by a neighbor. Police report Catrina Williams Robinson, 31, was seen running from the house moments before flames were seen at the front of the home. Witnesses were able to identify her. Robinson came back to the scene where she was detained by Littlefield police. Robinson was arrested and charged by a State Fire Marshal. She's booked into the Lamb County Jail. She's charged with attempted capital murder, arson and retaliation.
