A Wichita Falls woman suspected of setting fire to four homes in five years now has two arson charges dismissed. A Wichita County grand jury returned no bills on two of Lenny Hallmark's arson charges. The Wichita Falls Fire Marshal's office filed charges last November after an investigator interviewed and recorded a conversation with Hallmark. The investigator said he questioned her about seven structure fires in the past that she was connected to. One of the fires destroyed a home on Westerly Place in 2015. The investigator said Hallmark admitted starting four fires—some by flicking cigarette ashes into furniture. She reportedly said she started fires because she wanted to move into new homes. In a fire last January at Brook and McGregor, Hallmark said one of her dogs was in a kennel next to a space heater and the heater fell over and started a fire. The dog died in that fire.
