The Utah Highway Patrol says two people suffered life-threatening injuries in a nine-vehicle crash on Interstate 15 on Tuesday. As of 6 p.m., troopers estimate the majority of the roadway would remain closed while the accident was investigated. Seven people were injured in a nine-vehicle accident on Interstate 15 near Farr West on Tuesday, police say. All northbound lanes of Interstate 15 were closed Tuesday afternoon for the crash, according to the Utah Department of Transportation. The crash occurred at about 4 p.m. in the area of mile post 349 in Farr West, in the area of State Route 134. The crash involved eight passenger vehicles and a flat-bed semi, according to a Weber Fire District Facebook post.
