Pinebrook Fire Safety Committee is teaming with community experts from Park City Fire District and Summit County for a fire safety event at Pinebrook Park, 8026 Pinebrook Rd, on Saturday, May 4, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
The event will be an opportunity for the organizations to share information to help prepare community members for wildfire season while fostering a more resilient, connected and educated community.
Summit County residents who would like to take advantage of this unique educational event are welcome. Speakers are scheduled between 11 a.m. and noon, and each will discuss the organizations they represent and how they can assist homeowners as they prepare for fire season. These organizations include the following:
Park City Fire District,
Summit County Fire Warden’s Office,
Pinebrook Fire Safety Committee,
State Farm, and
USU Dept of Wildland Resources.
