Firefighters responded to a house fire in the 1700 block of Miller Drive Thursday, July 11 morning. This is the same house officials responded to for a fire on Tuesday, July 9. Authorities say the house was vacant at the time of the fire on Tuesday. Firefighters say it is unsafe to go inside to fight the fire and there’s a possibility it could collapse on nearby homes so they are going to bring in a construction company to tear it down. Miller Drive and nearby streets are expected to be closed to drivers as crews demolish the house.
